We only provide free shipping charges to all placed within West Malaysia. For Customer from outside west Malaysia, please contact us directly to make an order as there will be shipping charges.
How do I track my order?
Once you competed your payment online, your will receive an SMS message updating that your order is confirmed. You will also receive an invoice sent to your email.
Once order has shipped, you will receive another SMS message with parcel tracking details. You will also receive an email with the tracking details. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
Return request shall be processed by Seller based on Genuity and validity of the reason. Since these are perishable products, the items are non-returnable except if products are found physically damaged or the wrong product was sent at the point of receipt. In both cases, the product should be kept intact as it is while executing the return request.
Customers may be required to provide additional information such as photos, documents to support their request.
The return request validity is within 24 hrs (from the time products are received by the customer).
Depending on the type of return request, Seller shall discuss with the customer and make necessary arrangements to collect the product and/or send new product/s to the customer. The time frame for this process shall follow as per shipping policy.
