Keerai Curry with Ghee!
No coconut milk added so it’s a very good protein dish for those on diet!
Ghee? Ah, it’s Yashkri pure cow ghee so no worries! It’s good fat!
Ingredients
1 cup Thoor dhall
Tomatoes 1 cubes
Garlic few
Cili Padi as needed
Little Yashkri gingerly oil
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Pressure cooker or cook on a normal pot.
Keep aside
Tempering
Yashkri pure Cow Ghee 2 tbsp spoon
Mustard 1 tsp
Dry chille few
2 medium-size onions sliced
1 tsp turmeric @homemade_senas_spice_blend
2 tsp Cumin powder @homemade_senas_spice_blend
Cut and clean Spinach / Bayam
Salt to taste
Water as needed!
